Újra törölték a szélsőjobboldali portál Facebook profilját
A Kuruc.infonak nincs helye a Facebookon
Budapest – A Tett És Védelem Alapítvány (TEV) és az Anti-Defamation League (ADL) közös kezdeményezése keretében a szerdai napon törölte a Facebook a Kuruc.info profiloldalát, melyet a szélsőjobboldali híroldal üzemeltetői Kurucinfo.Hivatalos név alatt újraindítottak. Az akció nem érte sem a kezdeményezőket, sem a Facebook szakembereit felkészületlenül. Minden további, a Kuruc.infohoz köthető rajongói oldal következetesen letiltásra fog kerülni.
“Nem igazolódnak a sajtóban megjelent vélemények, miszerint szélmalomharcot vívunk, és egy végeláthatatlan folyamatot indított el a Kuruc.info Facebook profiljának lekapcsolása. Felkészült szakemberek várják mind a TEV, mind pedig a szolgáltatói oldalon az összes kísérletet, mely az oldal újraindítására irányul. Mint korábban hangsúlyoztuk, ez csak egy fontos, szimbolikus jelentőséggel bíró első lépés egy hosszú, de sikerrel kecsegtető folyamatban, aminek legfontosabb célja: nácibeszéd-mentessé tenni a meghatározó közösségi oldalakat és működésében korlátozni az ezeket generáló tartalomközpontokat. Egységes és kompromisszumot nem ismerő közmegegyezés uralkodik a nemzetközi társszervezetek és együttműködő kormányzati tényezők között, hogy ennek a munkának a végére kell és lehet járni” – nyilatkozta Bodnár Dániel a TEV elnöke.
A közös fellépés egyben rávilágít arra, hogy az erőszakra uszító, az egyén méltóságához és a jó hírnévhez való jogot semmibe vevő, személyes adattal rendszeresen visszaélő tevékenység semmilyen formában nem keverhető össze a szabad véleménynyilvánítás jogával. A kezdeményezésben részt vevők mindegyike elkötelezett a véleménynyilvánítás szabadsága mellett, de az álnevek mögé bújt, a felelősséget vállalni képtelen, a különböző büntetőkódexek által büntetni rendelt tevékenység nem tartozik annak hatókörébe.

Dr. Köves Slomó EMIH vezető rabbi kezdeményezésére 2012 novemberében jött létre a Tett és Védelem Alapítványt, mely a romló minőségű közbeszéd, a kirekesztés, az antiszemitizmus táptalaját adó ismerethiány, valamint az atrocitások és törvényszegések elleni erélytelen jogi fellépéssel szemben kíván új alternatívát nyújtani, a pozitív zsidó identitás és a közösségi szerveződés stratégiája mentén. A Tett és Védelem Alapítvány bejegyzett civil szervezet, melynek kurátorai a teológiai és világnézeti önmeghatározásuktól függetlenül, a legfontosabb Magyarországon működő zsidó vallási és kulturális irányultságokat kívánják megjeleníteni, ezzel is szimbolikusan kifejezve, hogy az antiszemitizmus elleni fellépés mindannyiunk közös ügye. Az Alapítvány kurátorai között vannak a neológiát és ortodoxiát képviselő Mazsihisz, a statsquo/chábád EMIH, a reform irányzatú Szim Salom vezető személyiségei és az irányzatoktól független, de a társadalom elismert tagjaiként számon tartott emblematikus személyiségek egyaránt.Action and Protection Foundation

Facebook Profile of Extreme-Right Portal Deleted Again
No quarter given to Kuruc.info on Facebook
Budapest – On the common initiative of Action and Protection Foundation (TEV) and the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), Facebook deleted the profile of Kuruc.info on Wednesday, yet the operators of the extreme right news portal restarted it under the name of Kurucinfo.Hivatalos. The ploy did not take either the initiating organizations, or Facebook unprepared. All fan pages that can be tied to Kuruc.info will be systematically banned in the future.
“Opinions voiced in the press claiming that we are tilting at windmills, and supposing that Facebook’s deletion of Kuruc.info has set off an interminable process are not confirmed by unfolding events. Expert professionalism meets every attempt to restart the page both on the part of TEV and the service providers. As earlier declared, this is only a single, important first step of symbolic significance in a long, but to be hoped successful process, whose most important objective is to free the most prevalent social networking pages of Nazi speech and restrain the operations of content generating centers which feed into them. A united and uncompromising consensual agreement among the international partner organizations and cooperating state parties strongly holds that this job can, and will be accomplished” Dániel Bodnár, president of TEV pointed out.
The concerted action also gives stark emphasis to the fact that these activities inciting violence, taking no account of individuals’ rights to dignity and good name, and regular abuse of personal data protection can in no way be mixed up with the right to free speech. Every partner involved in the initiative is wholly committed to the freedom of speech, but the scope of these freedoms does not cover the various criminal activities, defined as such by the criminal codes, that are practiced under the anonymity of false aliases and plain incapability of taking responsibility for their actions.

Action and Protection Foundation came into being through the initiative of Dr. Slomó Köves, leading rabbi of EMIH in November 2012. It seeks to provide a new alternative to the ineffectual legal steps taken against deteriorating standards of public discourse, exclusion, and the ignorance in which anti-Semitism is rooted, as well as atrocities and hate crimes, taking up a strategy of positive Jewish identity building and community self-organization. Action and Protection Foundation is a registered civil organization, whose trustees, independently of their self-definition in terms of theology and world view, seek to represent the most important Jewish religious and cultural tendencies in Hungary, thereby symbolically expressing that taking action on anti-Semitism is a cause shared by all. Trustees on the Board of the Foundation include leading figures from Mazsihisz, which represents the Neology and Orthodoxy, the status-quo/Chabad EMIH, the reform oriented Sim Shalom Progressive Jewish Congregation, as well as socially recognized emblematic personalities independent of these movements.
