Gyűlölet-bűncselekmények – emberi történetek

Az ADL (Anti-Defamation League) nemzetközi civil szervezet által biztosított

támogatás segítségével a Tett és Védelem Alapítvány, a Háttér Társaság, a Romaversitas és a Társaság a Szabadságjogokért a »Gyűlölet-bűncselemények – ember történetek« elnevezésű projektet 2015. április és szeptember között valósítja meg. A projekt célja, hogy személyes interjúkon keresztül megmutassa a gyűlölet-bűncselekmények (előítélet indítékkal elkövetett bűncselekmények) áldozatokra, és az áldozatok közösségeire gyakorolt hatását, és ezt rendőrök érzékenyítésére használja fel. Mindezzel pedig javítsa a gyűlölet-bűncselekményekkel szembeni állami fellépés hatékonyságát, vagyis a rasszizmus, antiszemitizmus, homofóbia, xenofóbia erőszakos megnyilvánulásai elleni állami védelmet. A projekt keretében 2-2 antiszemita, cigányellenes illetve homofób indíttatású bűncselekmény áldozatával készül interjú.

Romaversitas Foundation and the Hungarian Civil Liberties Union are cooperating in a project titled »Hate crimes – The personal aspect«. The project is financed by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), and its aim is to present personal interviews in order to draw attention to what effects hate incidents (criminal offences that are motivated by prejudice or hate) may have on victims and the community of victims, and to use these for the sensitization of the police. The project also wishes to develop and maintain an effective policing of hate crimes, i. e. to deliver an effective national response to the violent manifestations of racism, anti-Semitism, homophobia and xenophobia. Victims of two anti-Semitic, two anti-Roma and two homophobic incidents give interviews.
